What are your earrings made of?
KMD jewelry are made from lightweight polymer clay and resin. All earrings are assembled with hypoallergenic nickel free backings. Occasionally our pieces will include beautiful brass pieces. The materials used to make each piece can be found in the listing description of each individual item.
How do I care for my jewelry?
We want your jewelry to last a lifetime! While polymer clay is strong and flexible, you should avoid dropping or bending your jewelry.
Raw brass inclusions may tarnish over time. These pieces can be cleaned with natural materials such as vinegar or salt mixed with lemon juice. Or you can polish your jewelry with a polishing cloth.
Other stains or makeup on polymer clay can be cleaned gently with a damp, soft cloth or q-tip and rubbing alcohol.
We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry, cool and safe place to avoid getting scratched from sharp or metal items and prevent tarnishing.
Each order will come with a Jewelry Care Card with more recommendations on how to care for your jewelry.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days for all in-stock items. Please feel free to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions or need your order by a specific date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy?
We stand by everything we create, and want you to love your items! Below is a breakdown of our return policy -
- Should any concern arise within 10 days of receiving your order, please reach out to us. We are happy to replace or repair the item upon availability.
- We cannot replace items that have been lost or misplaced.
- Any concerns that arise outside of the 10 day window will be handled on a case by case basis.
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All of our items are thoughtfully and carefully made by hand. Due to the handmade nature of these items, some small imperfections and inconsistencies may arise. Any bubbles or small imperfections do not affect the integrity, durability, or beauty of the finished piece.
Sale and custom Items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you take custom orders?
We are able to complete a limited number of custom orders per month. To inquire about a custom piece please fill out the contact form and we'll create something beautiful and one of a kind! This option is perfect if you want to create a custom gift for a friend, design some bridal/bridal party earrings, or order something truly unique for a special event!
